A 45-year.old woman, an Argentine national, was found dead in her apartment in Barcelona on Monday, the 43rd domestic violence fatality so far this year.
The woman was found on the floor of the apartment and early indications are that she died from a severe blow. The alleged killer, her former partner, was found nearby after having apparently committed suicide.
