The mayor of Jerez, María José García Pelayo, has been called to answer charges of misappropriation and breach of trust following a complaint made by the former urban bus concessionaire Urbanos Amarillos.
The former bus concessionaire alleges that the Mayor committed two crimes, misappropriation and breach of trust, when the municipality took over the service by neither paying for nor returning the vehicles in the fleet to the company.
