Police in Madrid have launched a search in the Dehesa de la Vill park to try and locate the bodies of a woman and her nine-year-old daughter who disappeared in the summer.
The search was launched after the partner of the woman at that time was arrested and confessed to killing them and dumping their bodies in the park.
The woman, aged 32 years, and her daughter, aged 9 years, were reported missing on June 30th 2014 at a time when they were set to fly back to their country of origin, the Dominican Republic. However, they disappeared and have not been seen since.
