The Council is organising three free workshops (in Spanish) for Seniors, these being memory stimulation, a literary workshop and a workshop on alternative therapies.
The workshop on memory stimulation is called ‘Do not stop learning’ and will be held at the Nerja Cultural Centre, calle Granada 45, on Monday and Thursday mornings.
The writing workshop, called ‘The voice of experience’, will take place at the Giner de los Rios Centre in calle Diputación on Friday mornings.
The workshop on alternative therapies, called ‘Sing, laugh, dance and dream’, will take place on Friday mornings at the Giner de los Rios Centre in calle Diputación and on Tuesdays at the Multi´Purpose Centre in Maro.
Anyone interested in participating or needing more information should contact the Giner de los Rios Centre or the Department for Seniors on the second floor of the Town Hall.
