Anyone wishing to teach a Workshop at the Municipal Women’s Department has until July 31st to present their proposal at the Centro Giner de los Rios in calle Diputacion 2, ground floor.
Three free workshops for Seniors
The Council is organising three free workshops (in Spanish) for Seniors, these being memory stimulation, a literary workshop and a workshop on alternative therapies.

The information booklets for the numerous workshops being conducted by the Municipal Information Centre for Women are now available.
New courses and workshops for young people
The Youth Department has reported the launch of a number of courses and workshops, including adaptive computing, salsa, natural cosmetics, tango, accounting and economics, advanced photography and drug addiction in adolescents.
750 to benefit from provincial training scheme
A total of 750 young people aged between 16 and 35 years will be participating in 50 workshops in 10 municipalities in Málaga province, the aim being to help improve career opportunities within the service industry.
Workshops in Maro
A number of workshops have already started at the Multi-Purpose Centre in Maro, including yoga, pilates and the very popular Zumba classes.
Municipal Information Centre for Women workshops
The registration period is now open for anyone wishing to register for any of the workshops being organised by the Municipal Information Centre for Women.
Youth Department announces new workshops
The Youth Department is launching a new series of workshops covering a wide range of subjects including manga for beginners, yoga, pilates, massage, tango, web page creation, PC and mobile gaming, Italian, zumba, drawing and painting.
Workshops for 2013-2014
The period for making submissions and proposals for workshops for 2013-2014 is now open and continues until July 31st. Forms can be collected from the Municipal Information Centre for Women, located in the Cla Campoamor centre at the end of calle Carabeo.
Workshops could start at the end of the month
The Escuela Taller Sierramar (School Workshop Sierramar) and the Taller de Empleo Acueducto del Águila (Employment Workshop Acueducto del Águila) will start functioning at the end of this month, according to the Council. Unless there any further delays.
