José Manuel Media has been declared the winner of the International Youth Day poster competition, with Laura Moreno Fernández as runner-up.
The jury for the competition, chaired by the Councillor for Youth Patricia Gutiérrez Román (non-voting), was made up of José Miguel Ortuño, Elías Moreno and Celia Godoy.
