This lending and book exchange service will be provided as an incentive to encourage reading and add an entertainment or relaxation option whilst enjoying the local beaches in Nerja.
For younger audiences there are beach games and painting as an option. Various activities are held throughout the summer and they remain available to the public throughout July and August, from 11 am to 2pm and 5pm to 8pm.
The Biblioplayas initiative has been around in Spain for a number of years, where the aim has often been to promote and encourage enthusiasm for reading and make it available to all including the many tourists flocking to its beaches.
