Three people were injured after a car they were travelling in crashed down a ravine near El Cañuelo Beach.
After receiving a 112 call, members of the Guardia Civil, along with the fire and ambulance service rushed to the scene near to El Paraíso restaurant where they found the car and its three occupants at the bottom of a 10-metre deep ravine.
One 50-year-old male had to be taken by ambulance to the Hospital de la Axarquía, while the two 25 and 26-year-old women passengers were taken to Nerja Health Centre where they were treated for minor injuries.
