The UK Supermarket chain Poundland has opened a store in Nerja. Known in Spain as ‘Dealz’, the store sells a mix of International and Spanish products with the majority of items priced at €1.50.
The store is located on Calle San Miguel (in the same street as Mercadona and a short walk from Orange Square) and is open from 9-23:00 hrs, Monday to Saturday.
Products for sale include foodstuffs, homeware, pet items, household cleaning, and even clothing.
Visitors from Europe will be very familiar with the Poundland chain of stores and the many travel accessories and other essentials that are conveniently stocked in each store. If you’re coming here on holiday soon, there’s no need to worry about getting all of your liquids through customs at the airport as you can now get many familiar items from stores in Nerja.
