A 50-year-old cyclist died this morning on the road between Lora del Río and La Campana in Sevilla province. The incident occurred at around 10:20. Police closed the road and this caused significant delays for motorists.
Serious accident in Santa Rosalía, Málaga
A 15-year-old girl was seriously injured on Saturday after being hit by a car on calle Travesía de Maqueda in the Santa Rosalía district of Málaga. The authorities initially reported that the girl had died after arriving at the hospital but this turned out to be an error.
Tragic death in Moguer
Today has been a day of official mourning in Moguer, Huelva, following the accidental death on Thursday of an eighteen month old baby. The accident occurred when the child’s father was reversing his 4×4. Medics called to the scene could do nothing to save the child.
Tragic accident in Vic, Barcelona
A two year-old child died on Friday in a tragic accident in Vic, Barcelona. The toddler was apparently asleep in his room but then woke up and went to the balcony where he climbed onto a chair and subsequently fell four floors to the ground. Efforts to revive hime were unsuccessful and he died shortly afterwards.
Collision on the A-7 in Vélez-Málaga
A lorry and two cars were involved in a collision on Tuesday afternoon in Vélez-Málaga. The incident occurred at 13:30 at km 271 on the A-7. Fortunately no-one was injured in the accident.
Fatal accident in Espiel, Córdoba
Police are trying to identify a body found this morning at the side of the N-432 near Espiel, Córdoba. All the signs indicate that the person, who had no documentation, was hit by a vehicle.
Accident near La Noria
There was an accident on Saturday evening near the La Noria roundabout in Nerja, a red Peugeot car ploughing through the roadside barrier near the bus stop and plunging down the embankment. It is not currently known if anyone was injured in the incident.

The 21 year old driver of the vehicle involved in a head-on collision which claimed the lives of two cyclists in Campillos on Sunday has been arrested after being found to be over the maximum alcohol limit.

Two cyclists died on Sunday morning after being hit by a car at km 108,800 on the A-384 between Antequera and Campillos. The incident occurred at 11:30. A third person was injured in the incident.
Tragedy at the Three Kings procession in Málaga
Tragedy at the Three Kings parade in Málaga on Saturday afternoon when a six year old boy was hit and killed by one of the floats. The incident occurred in plaza general Torrijos just before the procession started. It is thought that the youngster was reaching for a sweet that had been thrown from the float when the accident occurred.
