The Court of Contentious Administration Number 2 in Málaga has dismissed an appeal filed by the Partido Andalucista (PA) against the suspension of the tram system in Vélez-Málaga.

Supreme Court rejects ‘El Solitario’ appeal

The Supreme Court has confirmed the sentence passed by the Navarra Court on Jaime Giménez Arbe, “El Solitario”. The decision came following an appeal by the lawyer representing “El Solitario”. Jaime Giménez Arbe was convicted of the killing of two Guardia Civil officers in Castejón in 2004 and was sentenced to 47 years in prison.
