A few changes for Carnival
Local celebrity Antonio Cortés will be airing his vocal chords during the upcoming Carnival in February. This year is the 25th anniversary of the Carnival and one of the changes this time is the use of the new Paseo Nuevo for certain events. Also, an attempt is being made to ‘clean up’ the parades through the streets.
