An important woman in my life
The Municipal Exhibition Hall in calle Cristo has an exhibition entitled ‘una mujer importante en mi vida’ (An important woman in my life), an example of work being carried out in collaboration with primary schools in the area and coinciding with International Women’s Day. The exhibition runs until June 30th and is open from 19:00 to 21:00.

FLAMPA competition entries on show at the Sala Mercado
Last Friday at the Sala Mercado was Fiesta FLAMPA (Local Federation of Associations of Parents and Teachers in Nerja) which included the presentation of prizes for various children’s competitions, such as painting, poetry and short stories.
Guardia Civil at San Miguel school
On Friday, over 400 pupils at the San Miguel school in Nerja were treated to an exhibition by various units of the Guardia Civil with demonstrations of specialist equipment and insights into the workings of the traffic, marine and mountain rescue sections. A demonstration by the canine unit was particularly well received.

Futuro de Paz exhibition
From Monday January 24th to January 30th there is an exhibition entitled ‘Futuro de Paz’ at the Municipal Exhibition Hall in calle Cristo. The exhibition is organised by the association Tod@s Ciudadan@s and will be the subject of school trips as well as being open to the general public. Opening times 11:30 to 13:00 and 20:00 to 21:00.
Santa Eufemia Museum in Antequera
The Antequera Commission and Santa Eufemia 2010 will be inaugurating the new Santa Eufemia Museum and an exhibition entitled ‘Santa Eufemia enin Antequera’ on Saturday December 18th at 12:00.
