The regional premier of Extremadura, José Antonio Monago (PP), took the opportunity to make a public appearance on Friday to talk about the 32 trips, paid for with public money, which he made to the Canary Islands while a senator.
Extremadura to open school canteens during the summer
Extremadura is the latest region to guarantee nutritional meals to children at risk of social exclusion or whose parents are experiencing extreme hardship, with 18 school canteens remaining operational during July and August.
Crash helmet campaign starts today
