The Emergency Services arrived on the scene but could do nothing to save the life of the man.
Industrial accident in Alicún de Ortega, Almería
A farmer in Alicún de Ortega, Almería, was injured yesterday after getting caught in the blades of his ploughing machine. The incident occurred at around 15:00 and firefighters had to cut the blade and leave it attached to his leg in order to prevent bleeding. The farmer was then transferred to Hospital Torrecárdenas to have the blade removed.
