The multinational Medgroup has not given up the fight to get back the €15 million it paid to Nerja Council relating to one million square metres of land in La Coladilla for the construction of a golf course, five star hotel and one thousand homes.
Medgroup loses battle to get its money back
The Court of Contentious Administration Number 3 in Málaga has apparently ruled in favour of Nerja Council relating to a claim by Medgroup for the return of €15 million, plus interest, due to the suspension of the golf course project.
Medgroup expecting Court verdict by the end of the year
Medgroup, who purchased land from Nerja Council for the construction of an 18 hole golf course, 500 luxury homes and a five star hotel in La Coladilla, are expecting a verdict to be reached by the end of the year in their legal action to recover the €15 million paid to the Council.
