Last night in Plaza Fabrica de los Cangrejos was the turn of Los Hados Negros, plaing music from the 70’s and 80’s with numbers in both Spanish and English. But not at the same time!
Les Paul dies at the age of 94 years
Les Paul, musician and guitar designer, has died at the White Plains Hospital in New York at the age of 94 years. He died as a result of complications associated with pneumonia.

The nightly entertainment has begun in Plaza Fabrica de los Cangrejos. Last night was a fascinatingly bizarre ensemble, a mixture of clowning and serious music. It was a bit like a scene from 200 Motels and one half expected Frank Zappa to make a Lazarine appearance at some stage. Certainly different and quite fascinating.

Boxers use rousing songs to herald their entrance, as do politicians these days, but the presidential hopefuls in America seem to be upsetting a few musicians. The Foo Fighters are the latest band to take exception to one of their tracks being used by Republican candidate John McCain.
