The Málaga Provincial Public Prosecutor is asking for a nine year prison sentence for the former president of the Capistrano Playa Community, a British national, for the alleged crime of embezzlement.

José Antonio Griñán has been confirmed as the new president of the Junta de Andalucía, the fourth person to occupy the post since Andalucía became an autonomous region.
