The Pato Cantonese restaurant on avenida Castilla Perez finally closed last January but there is now much activity inside as it prepares to be transformed into its latest alter ego, ‘A Touch of Spice’.

A fire yesterday afternoon in the basement of a restaurant in Las Lagunas, Mijas, resulted in three adjacent buildings having to be evacuated due to thick smoke.
