Guardia Civil Trafico officers in Sevilla arrested a novice driver after he was clocked at 197 kph on the AP-4 near Las Cabezas de San Juan. An eighteen year old ‘L’ driver was clocked doing 216 kph by a Guardia Civil speed trap on the road between Irún and Santiago in the municipality of Vilalba. The youth, who lives in Burela, was duly apprehended and charged with a crime against road safety. The speed limit in the area is 80 kph.
