Yellow alert for Andalucia

All provinces in Andalucia are now on ‘yellow alert’ for rain and winds of up to 80 kph. The alert is from 21:00 on Saturday until midnight on Sunday.

Málaga province is on yellow alert today, Thursday, with temperatures expected to reach 38 degrees in some areas, including the Costa del Sol.

Thirteen provinces in Andalucia, Murcia and the Canary islands are on ‘yellow alert’ for high temperatures today. In some areas of Cádiz, Córdoba, Jaén, Málaga and Sevilla provinces, temperatures could reach 38 degrees.

Yellow alert for high temperatures

The Meteorological Office (AEMET) has activated a ‘yellow’ alert for high temperatures today, Monday, in a total of 28 provinces throughout Spain.

The provinces of Sevilla, Huelva, Málaga, Cádiz, Granada and Almería are on ‘yellow alert’ for possible heavy rains and storms. The alert will remain in effect until 16:00 on Sunday.
