The funeral takes place today of the couple and their ten year old son who died as a result of a gas leak at their home in Jerez de La Frontera on Saturday.
The couple and the youngest of their children died on Saturday after a gas leak at their home in San Telmo, Jerez de la Frontera. The funeral takes place at 11:00 in the parish church of San Pablo de San Telmo Viejo, located not far from the family home.
Two other children, aged 16 years and 19 years, were out of the house at the time of the incident. The Unión de Hermandades y Cofradías de Jerez de la Frontera (the Union of Brotherhoods and Guilds of Jerez de la Frontera) have already generously donated the sum of €6,000 to the surviving children, Nerea and Abraham Fernández Gómez, in the knowledge that the family were not in the strongest financial situation.
