In Jaén, a 70 year old woman was seriously injured today after being attacked by her 80 year old husband.
It seems that the husband returned to their home in calle Campaña and, with no prior warning, attacked his wife with an axe. Witnesses to the incident say the man didn’t say a word, just launched his attack. He is now in police custody.
