The Health Department of the Junta de Andalucía has declared all the waters along the Nerja coastline ‘fit for bathing’.
Samples of water were taken from five points along the Nerja coastline:
Playa de la Torrecilla
Playa del Playazo. (near the Marinas de Nerja).
The easternmost coves (near the steps up from the beach).
Playa de Burriana. (near to the Parador).
In the coves near the Balcón de Europa.
