ETA activist José Ignacio de Juana Chaos, who was released from prison earlier this year after serving a sentence for a series of murders, is now the subject of a ‘search and detain’ warrant following his non-appearance in Madrid for his latest Court hearing.
Letters were sent to the three addresses given by de Juana Chaos after his release, but no reply has been received and there has been no word from his lawyers either. One of the addresses he gave was in Dublin.
