A man who left his three year old daughter in a car while he went to a singles club in Marbella has been released on bail after the defence and prosecution failed to reach an agreement for a speedy trial.
Th man left his three year old daughter alone in his car while he went to a nearby singles club. The girl left the car and was found wandering by a young immigrant who had only just arrived in the city. Fearful she might wander across the road, he took the girl to the police station.
The police went in search of the man and found him, worse for drink, at the singles bar. He was detained and appeared before the magistrate on Monday.
