Yesterday saw the inauguration of the new medical clinic for the 1,200 residents of La Cimada and Los Prados in Ronda, something the residents have been demanding for a long time.
Previously, locals would have to travel to Tajo or Arriate to see a doctor, but not any more.
The project was completed at a cost of €79,000, the Council providing €70,000 for the refurbishment of a former community centre and the Serranía de Ronda Health Council providing €9,000 for medical supplies and equipment.
