The contract to refurbish the old train station in Rincón de la Victoria, which is set to house the new Tourist Office, has been awarded to the company Construcciones Benagalbón S.L.
The contract has a budget of €234,913.37 and a completion period of three months. The works are being funded by a grant from the Ministry of Tourism (40%) and the Municipal Council (40%).
In addition to renovating the building itself, there will be new street lighting and improvements to the pavements.
