Friday is a busy day as there is also a photographic exhibition opening at the Sala Mercado, the old covered market in calle San Miguel.
The exhibition is entitled ‘Nerja en Femenino’ and features over a hundred photos of women in Nerja taken by photographer José Miguel Ortuño. It is a look at the life of various women from birth to old age.
José Miguel Ortuño is a member of the Banda Municipal de Música de Nerja as well as being a versatile young artists who has contributed many of the posters for various festivals over the past few years.
The exhibition continues until February 17th and is open Monday to Sunday from 17:00 to 21:00.
