The (UK) Government’s human rights watchdog says schools who force girls to wear skirts may be breaking the law because the policy discriminates against transsexuals.
Wouldn’t it be more sensible to judge exceptional cases on merit rather than legislating for a minority and against the majority. Then again, we are talking Harriet Harperson.
