Torrox Council is today expected to approve the transfer of lands for the construction of the first golf course in the municipality at Calaceite.
The land valuation has been completed and the Council proposes to give the green light to the sale of 460,000 square metres of land for the construction of the golf course which is to be built by Calaceite Golf and Grupo Forte Hotels.
The lands were valued at €6 per metre.
