The Ministry of Environment and Rural and Marine Affairs (MARM) has opted for the municipality of Torrox for the construction of the future marina to be implemented in the region of Axarquia.

The body of a 62 year old man was found on Sunday morning between the beaches of Calaceite and Peñoncillo at kilometer 286 of the old N-340 in Torrox Costa.
