Had a lovely wander around Burriana beach yesterday. A few people sunning themselves, a lot sampling Ayo’s paella as per usual. A little surprised so few down at Burriana in a way as the Balcon de Europa area was teeming…Burriana pictures…
They were busy putting the finishing touches to the new Jax restaurant at the far end, an America style establishment. Should be interesting, especially as they are reported as starting with about 14 staff and at least 2 chefs. We wish them good luck and no doubt we will be sampling their fayre before too long. The scheduled opening is at the beginning of May.
Wasn’t too impressed with this, although it may not be as bad as it looks. Even still, I think paddling and putting ones hands in it is pushing lady luck a bit far.
