A 75 year old man died on Sunday morning on Pez Espada beach in Torremolinos.
Bathers spotted someone floating motionless in the water about twenty metres out and, with the help of a boat, brought the man to shore and began trying to revive him.
The Emergency Services arrived on the scene and also tried to revive the man but without success.
