A 47 year old man with a history of ill-treatment and abuse within the family was found dead on the terrace of his house in calle Barberán y Collar, Getafe. His wife later admitted to killing him.
Police received a call from the woman stating that her husband, Ramón S.G., was dead on the terrace and they went to investigate.
At first, there appeared to be no signs of violence.but when the judicial commission gave permission to move the body, officers noticed a stab wound to the left shoulder.
The wife, María Mercedes J.M., began by giving conflicting accounts of what had happened but eventually admitted to killing her husband the day before.
