The registration period is now open for anyone wishing to be a candidate for the Reina de las Fiestas and Caballero de Nerja 2010.
Applicants must be 17 years of age or older. Each participant needs to complete an application form and provide a copy of their DNI or other accredited documentation. This can be done at the Casa de la Juventud or the Oficina de Atención al Ciudadano.
The closing date for entries is August 30th.
Candidates for Reina de las Fiestas will take part in four fashions shows: street clothes, flamenco dress, swimsuit and evening wear.
Candidates for Caballero de Nerja will take part in three fashion shows: street clothes, swimsuit and evening wear.
The election of the Reina de las Fiestas and Caballero de Nerja takes place on the first day of the feria in October.
