Quite busy in town last night, a good crowd for the dancing in Plaza Fabrica de los Cangrejos and plenty of people on the Balcon de Europa and in calle Cristo.
All the artists were doing a good trade, which is nice to see, as were the ice cream sellers. No street musicians about last night but you can’t have everything I suppose.
Los Barriles in calle Carabeo was quite full, fiery sausages being the order of the day. One guy managed to set the whole barrel-table alight while another videoed the entire cooking process. Never a dull moment.
It’s a very simple, but effective, concept at Los Barriles but it works well and the bar is invariably full. The atmosphere is always excellent, very friendly and jovial.
