Mossos d’Esquadra officers have arrested the mother of newborn twins found dead at her home in the Nou Barris district of Barcelona.
The twins were found next to their mother, 22 year old Francisca S.M., on the floor of the apartment . The mother was taken to hospital for treatment.
An autopsy is being carried out to determine the exact cause of death. Francisca S.M. has been arrested in connection with the deaths of the newborn twins.
