A 45-year old man has been arrested on suspicion of causing the death of his friend whose body was found inside the detainees car in Pozo Alcón, Jaén, on Monday.
The two men apparently went for a ‘fun night out’ and, in the first statement made by 45-year old J.M.M.S. he said that after visiting a number of bars he decided to go home, leaving his friend in the car.
On Monday morning, J.M.M.S. arrived at the Health Centre claiming he had found the body in his car. Medical staff checked the vehicle but could do nothing for the man inside and they alerted the Guardia Civil and the Coroner.
The body apparently showed bruising and other signs of violence and as a result of these findings, J.M.M.S. was arrested on suspicion of murder.
