A 24 year old has been arrested for the killing of a council functionary in San Fernando, local residents assisting in his capture.
Local residents heard someone calling for help from his apartment near the cemetery in San Fernando, Cádiz, and notified the National Police.
The police arrived at the apartment and noticed blood under the door. Gaining entry, police found the body of 41 year old Manuel P.F., a council functionary. He had been stabbed several times.
Meanwhile, the attacker tried to make his getaway through a window but was apprehended with the help of local residents. He was arrested and is now being held in prison.
