Major roadworks on calles Calera de Gómez, Isaac Peral and Juan de la Cierva is to be carried out in four phases in order to minimise inconvenience.
The project is costing €276,000 and the scheduled completion period is four months.
The Council is trying to sort out alternative parking arrangements for residents in these areas while the works are being carried out.
The drainage systems in these streets is apparently in a very bad state and corrective measures are necessary.
