The Councillor for Infrastructure, José Alberto Tomé, has met with the head of the Andalucia Public Ports Agency, María Pérez, to present a blueprint relating to access to the proposed marina.
Access to the marina was apparently a concern raised by the Junta de Andalucia when considering whether or not to locate such a facility in Nerja.
According to the Councillor, the blueprint shows that access is eminently feasible for the proposed site near the Marinas de Nerja.

As a regular visitor to Nerja over the last thirty years, I think a marina would be a huge benifit to the town and a masive boost to the tourist trade However I would probably be to old to use it by the time the powers that be get round to building it. like the sewerage plant, they will faf around for years instead of doing anything.
