Work on calle Carabeo continues, with one side of the road completely cobbled and seemingly finished. Just the other side to do, from number 78 to the end of the road.
Paving the streets in this fashion is certainly a painstaking, and slow process, each stone having to be measured, cut, laid out, checked, aligned, rechecked…Apart from the cutting of the stones, the actual laying process probably hasn’t changed much since Roman times.
