The Consumer Price Index (CPI) rose by 1.3% in Andalucia during April when compared to the previous month to give an annual rate of 3.9%.
The national rise was 1.2%, with an annual rate of 3.8%. The cumulative inflation rate in Andalucia now stands at 1.4%.
The rise in the CPI is due to increases in the price of food and non-alcoholic drinks and price increases in the leisure and culture industries.
