The Mossos d’Esquadra have arrested a driver who was travelling down the C-14 in Tárrega (Lleida) at 200 kph.
Antoni S.B., a 30 year old resident of Salou (Tarragona), was clocked at 200 kph in an 80 kph zone. He refused to submit to a breath test and it was then discovered that he had a long criminal record and had lost his licence back in 2009 and had made no attempt to get a new one.
A speedy trial has been arranged.
