On Monday, the provinces of Córdoba and Sevilla will be on ‘yellow’ alert for temperatures around 38 degrees based upon AEMET predictions.
Granada and Badajoz are expected to reach 37 degrees and Murcia, Ciudad Real and Toledo can expect temperatures of 35 degrees. A total of 23 provinces in Spain are expected to see temperatures of 30 degrees or more.
In a total of 22 provinces, the temperature is not expected to drop below 20 degrees. Melilla may see a minimum temperature of 26 degrees. León, on the other hand, could see a minimum temperature of 9 degrees.
The Canary Islands could have the odd shower during next week.
