Torrox Council has initially approved a new municipal ordinance relating to the Installation and Operation of Radio-electrical Infrastructure, most notably mobile phone antennae.
The new municipal ordinance was developed with help from FEMP (Spanish Federation of Municipalities and Provinces) and takes into the account the specific needs and peculiarities of the municipality of Torrox.
The new ordinance seeks to provide the necessary legal tools to act in the event of incidents, to monitor existing antennae and to regulate the installation of future antennae.
