Duckbreast with a stuffing of orange and Truffles, potato and Chestnut Souffle, strips of red cabbage with Cinnamon and a Duck sauce
Roast Apple Parfait on Bourbon Vanillasauce with chocolate splinters and a Triple Sec Cream
Patrick Wight provides the Entertainment with Music and Magic all evening.
And of course Santa Claus will come bearing gifts, such as homemade Licor and Chutney.
