Council asking Unicaja not to close its Maro branch

The Council is to urge Unicaja not to close its branch in Maro as it would have a particular impact on the elderly in the village who rely on the bank for such things as matters relating to pensions. The bank has been serving the village for thirty years.

  1. John Hill says:

Yet another business to close in Maro, soon it will be a ghost town as far as businesses are concerned. Maro needs regeneration.

  2. Well Interbrosa are coming back to Maro some of the bridge players are using the Hotel Al Andanluz. May be the parking difficulties in Nerja will be good for Maro. Shame about the bank though.
