The Vélez-Málaga tropical fruit cooperative Trops, through its sister company Frumaco, has launched the first bottled avocado gazpacho and will be presenting the new product at the XXVI Salón de Gourmets in Madrid between March 5th and 8th.
The avocado gazpacho, in handy half-litre bottles, comes ready to serve and will be marketed under the name Frudel.
Frumaco specialises in developing products based on avocados.
